Brooklyn-based Richard Aldrich's second part of a three-part show, A Day in the Life, opened today at Bortolami, a show that is to be bookended between two exhibitions of his Forget Your Dreams, All You Need is Love show, the first part of which just closed. Aldrich in this show juxtaposes works against one another--sometimes two paintings next to each other, sometimes a combination of painting and sculpture, implying or seeking a conversation. The final piece of the show will close December 21.
