Ingrid Cincala-Gilbert is educated in Art History and Architecture and has more than 11 years of professional experience, including as artist liaison with Gagosian Gallery and L&M Arts. She holds an M.A. degree in Modern Art, Connoisseurship and the History of the Art Market from Christie's Education in New York, as well as M. Arch and B.A. degrees from the University of Calgary, Canada.

This unique background affords a solid grounding in post-war and contemporary art and design, an appreciation of the relationship between art and space, and a thoughtful understanding of the artistic process from concept to implementation.

Ingrid considers working directly with artists to be integral to informing her work and process as an art advisor. To this end, she has been managing the archives of contemporary artist Liza Lou since 2008.

Ingrid is a member of ArtTable Circle and a former co-chair of the programming committee of ArtTable's New York Chapter. She is also a supporting member of the Swiss Institute. Ingrid previously served as a member of the Whitney Museum of American Art Artist Council, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Young Collectors Council Acquisitions Committee, and the Christie's Education Alumni Society Board.
